**Objects:** THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (“THE OBJECTS”) ARE, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND THOSE OVER THE AGE OF 18 WHO HAVE BEEN DEEMED TO HAVE A LACK OF MENTAL CAPACITY AS DEFINED IN THE MENTAL CAPACITY ACT 2005 AND/OR HAVE THE THOUGHT PROCESSING MECHANISM OF A CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM DISABILITY OR ILL HEALTH, AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES.

**Activities:** Torbay Bikers For Kids raise funds to purchase essential items that help improve the lives and/or education of children who are disabled or severely ill, living in Torbay and the surrounding area.
