Aadam Life Care (ALC) opened its first centre on December 2, 2018, in Kotha Kalan,
Rawalpindi, Pakistan, with a mission to enhance the quality of life for individuals affected by
injury, illness, or disability. By offering ¢xpert physiotherapy treatments rooted in movement,
exercise, and education, the Centre h&8 become a cornerstone for care in the community.

Aadam Life Care's Home Construction for Widows Program is dedicated to providing stable
housing for widows who land but lack the resources to build a safe, secure home. We
believe that every widow des¢rves a dignified place to live, and through this program, we
help transforni their land into a home, offering them the security and peace of mind they
deserve.

This initiative focuses on widows who, despite owning land, face financial hardships that
prevent them from building or improving their homes. Aadam Life Care supports them by
covering th¢ construction costs and ensuring they have a safe, comfortable living space.

Since 2018. Aadam Life Care International Nepal has been providing food aid to needy and
widow families, ensuring they have access to essential nutrition. This ongoing initiativ¢ h¢lps
struggling families meet their basic food needs, bringing relief and stabtlity.

Aadam Life Care International Nepal ensures that the tradition of Qurbani reaches those in
need. Each year, w¢ distribute fresh meat to impoverished families, allowing them to
celebrate Eid-ul-Adha with dignity and joy.

12. Nepal Hand Pump Installation: Providing Clean Water for Communities (2024
Project)
Access to clean water is a basic human righL yet many villages in Nepal still struggle with
water scarcity. In 2024 - 2025, Aadam Life Care International Nepal launched a clean water
Tnitiative by instslling 14 hand pumps across thre¢ villages, ensuring safe and sustainable
wat¢r access for hundreds of residents.

This project Sl8nifi¢antly improves health and hygiene in these rural areas, Teducing the risk
of waterborn¢ dise&ses and enhancing overall community well-being. And it's going to be a
lifetime project as we plan to instsll l OO+ pumps and n]aintain those.
By focussing on these areas we achieve our strategic priorities of maintaining a stable
scholarship programme and continuing to ftmd research.
The Trust carries out this Programme through partnerships with institutions, in particular. the
Trust has concentrated on developing the existing partherships with the Universiti¢s of
Slough and Taunton and the Wakefield Institute of Technology.
Grant making poliey
Aadam Life Care International has established its grant making policy to achieve its objects
for the public benefit. The Charity's aim is to improve the lives of sufferers with disabiliry
and poverty conditions, and to address such causes in the future. Lack of basic amenities
affects men and women of all races. stripping the sufferer of their capacity for independent
life and their dignity. We review the grant making policy annually to ensur¢ that it reflects the
charity's objects and thereby advances public benefit.
Th¢ beneficiaries of our grants ar¢ ultimately suffers who do not have the basic access to
medical facilities. those affects by natural calamities- and those living below poverty line.
Our grants and initiatives work to improve the lives of people less able and r¢lat¢d
conditions, and their carers by developing th¢rapies, potential medications and improvements
in th¢ personal care of such people.
Reserve5 policy
The trustees aim to maintain free reserves in unrestricted funds at a level which equates to
approximately t￿e¢ months of unrestricted charitable expenditure. The trustees ¢on5ider that
this level will provide suificient funds to respond to applications for grants and ensure that
support and governance costs are covered.
Plans for the future

Aadam Life Carc International is a lasting testimony to the generosity and charitable
concems of the donors.. The core of the truslees. approach to promoting healthcare facilities
and providing basic amenities to those most in need of.
In the next 12 months, the trustees gnticipgte:
An increase in services relating to occupational therapy for disable people.
An increaK in provision of food and medicines in Africa and South Fast Asia, namely,
Nepal.
. An increase in setting up water wells in Uganda.
. An increase in setting up of an English medium primary school in Kenya,
Structure? governance and management
The Charity is a r¢8lStered charity, number 1200961. The Charity was established by an
initial gift from Saeed Khalique following the death of his beloved son, Aadam Khaliqu¢,
from complications associated with a long terni illness. The Trust does not actively fundraise
and seeks to continue the charilable work desired by the donor through the careful
stewardship of Saeed Khalique and his close friends and family members.
The Charity has thr¢e trustee Noor Khalique. Banane Nafeh. and Mazhar IqbaI. At the
quarterly trustees, meetings, the trustees agree the broad strategy and areas of aclivity for the
Charity, including consideration of grant making, policies and performance. The day to day
administration of grants and the processing and handling of applications prior to
Consideration by the Trustees.
Key management personnel
The trustees consider the board of trustees and the chief execulive, Saeed Khalique, as
comprising the key management personnel of the charity in charge of directing and
controlling the charity and n￿nIng and operating the charity on a day to day basis. All
trustees give of their time fr¢¢ly and no tru5tce remuneration was paid in the year.
Trustees are required to disclose all relevant int¢r¢sts and re8lSter them with the Chief
Executive and in accordance with the Charity's policy withdraw from decisions where a

conflict of interest arises. Neither the Charity nor any of the trustees have interests in any of
the project or initiatives that are funded by the Charity.

Trustees, responsibilities in relation to the financial statements
The charity trustees are responsible for preparing a trustees. annual report and financial
statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards
(United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accouniing Practice).
The law applicable to charities in England and Wales requires the charity trustees to prepar¢
financial statements for each year which give a tru¢ and fair view of the state of affair5 of the
charity and of the incorning resources and application of resources, of the charity for that
period. In preparing the financial statements, the trustees are required to..
