Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in a¢¢ordano with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
('the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusl's accounts ¢amed out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145151{b) of the Act.
Indap•ndent The charity's gross income exceeded £25,000 and l am qualified to
examiner's statsment undertake the examination by being a qualified member of Institute of
Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
I have Completed my examination. l ¢onfimi that no material matters have
come to my attention in Gonnection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below ") which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect..
the a¢¢ounting records We￿ not kept in ac¢ordan¢e with section 130
of the Charities Act, or

The estimates and underlyill8 ￿SumptIonS ar¢ review￿ on an on-going basis. Revisions lo
aecounling estimates are recognised in the p￿10d in which the estimate 15 revised if the

J) FOREIGN CURRENCIES
Ass¢ts and liabilitics in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at Ihe rates of exchange
ruling at the balance sheet date. Transactions in foreign currencic5 are translated into sterling
at the rat¢ of exchange ruling at thc dale of the transaction. Exchan8e differenc￿ ar¢ taken
into account in affiving at th¢ surplusldefi¢ii for the year.
