First of all, we would like to apologise for the significant delay in filing the returns.
We have been struggling to open the bank account of the charity and finally managed to open one well after a year of the incorporation of the charity. Therefore, the charity neither raise any funds nor made grants. The CEO, Saeed Khalique, did disburse his own funds for projects in his individual capacity for projects in Uganda, Nepal and Burma.
That said, the bank account was finally opened towards the end December 2023, Therefore, the accounts that will be filed will be for the period 29/12/2023 – 22/07/2024. Subsequently, all accounts will be filed in time.
Please do accept our sincere apologies for the delay and we will ensure that the future reporting is within the stipulated time.
