## CHEDGRAVE CARR CHARITABLE INCORPORATED ORGANISATION 

Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 11[th] June, 25. 

Present – Jackie Bircham, Matt Hubbard, Rachel Hardy, Del Johnson, and Clive Boyd. 

The minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting were accepted. 

The Chairman reported that the agenda for progressing matters relating to The Carr had been pursued, with steady progress having been made during the year. 

The Secretary reported that the governance of the Charity had been conducted in the appropriate manner throughout the year. 

The Treasurer presented the accounts for the year. A copy would be forwarded to The Charity Commissioners. 

Electon of Ofcers and Commitee Members 

All current members of the committee agreed to continue in their respective roles

There was no further business and the meeting was closed.
