Minutes of the Annual General Mee?ng held on 11[th] June, 25.
Present – Jackie Bircham, MaL Hubbard, Rachel Hardy, Derrick Johnson, and Clive Boyd.
The minutes of the previous Annual General Mee?ng were accepted.
The Chairman reported that the agenda for progressing maLers rela?ng to The Carr had been pursued, with steady progress having been made during the year.
The Secretary reported that the governance of the Charity had been conducted in the appropriate manner throughout the year.
The Treasurer presented the accounts for the year. A copy would be forwarded to The Charity Commissioners.
