## Structure, Governance and Management

The Sudanese Trustee Association is managed by a board of trustees who are responsible for the overall direction, governance, and financial oversight of the charity. Trustees meet regularly to plan activities and review progress.

The charity operates as a community-based voluntary organisation serving members of the Sudanese community.

Expenditure amounted to £4,800 , which was primarily used for:

- Venue and hall rentals

- Decorations and event-related costs

A balance of £800 remains to support future community initiatives.

The trustees are satisfied that the charity remains financially sustainable. However, more it required more money to plan for big events which is one of the futures aims to obtain.

## Plans for the Future

Looking ahead, the Association aims to:

- Strengthen partnerships with other local charities and community groups.

- Expand the range of social and cultural activities offered.

- Develop opportunities for shared learning and collaboration within the wider voluntary sector.
