**Activities:** To preserve and protect sharks to enable them to return to sustainable stock levels by advancing research, conservation and awareness through data collection from recreational sea anglers. Improve shark welfare outcomes through improved handling best practice. Facilitate communication between the scientific and recreational sea angling communities.
