The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship, homelessness or other social or economic disadvantage by the provision of premises in which vegetarian or vegan food may be served and other activities carried out to help those who may be lonely or isolated, distressed, or otherwise in need of assistance.
Objects: The Following Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit:-The Relief Of Those In Need By Reason Of Youth, Age, Ill Health, Disability, Financial Hardship, Homelessness Or Other Social Or Economic Disadvantage By The Provision Of Premises In Which Vegetarian Or Vegan Food May Be Served And Other Activities Carried On To Help Those Who May Be Lonely Or Isolated,distressed, Or Otherwise In Need Of Assistancenothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
