ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
(a) Review Of Activities
Our Mission Statement is, ‘Investing in a people to become disciples of Jesus, Heaven-bound and positively influence their world for God.’ As a Charity Organisation, we are doing so well in this area of investing in people. The Charity is equipping members spiritually, emotional, and socially, both inside and outside the Church. To the glory God, the spiritual lives of our members are progressively getting better and worthy of emulation. This is evident as we have not had cause to be settling quarrels amongst brethren. The love of God is rather prevalent amongst us.
The Charity is doing a great job by offering quality and timely counselling sessions to people who may want them (young and old alike). Without hesitation, those who were identified to be in need are being supported to the best of our ability as a Charity and at the discretion of the trustees. We support individuals and families spiritually, financially, emotionally and otherwise.
As a ministry that has strong desire to invest in people, children are top on our priority. We devote so much energy, time and money into nurturing them. Although we celebrate them every day, they are celebrated in a special way in the month of May during Children’s Day. Children look forward to it, their parents, too, long for it. Having been taught the Word of God all year round, it is an opportunity for children to showcase what they have learned and demonstrate how much they love God, their Maker.
The youths in the Church felt more at home. They hold and attend their meetings regularly. Having been taught the Word of God regularly, they actively participate in Church activities and sometimes write the weekly message under ‘ From The Pastor’s Desk’ in the Church’s weekly bulletin. As they are active for God, they also do well in their academics. Some of them who wrote the last GCSE had fantastic results to the glory of God.
The elderly too are being catered for. Provisions are made for the elderly during and after meetings to carry them along and ensure that they do not feel alienated.
5
The Charity relentlessly pursues its main objectives by investing time, money, and energy into programmes that help to prevent loneliness, depression, child abuse and the likes. Members are benefitting and are constantly drawing virtues from various programmes and activities that are regularly organised.
Apart from the regular Church service on Sunday morning, the church continues to offer opportunities for members to pray through the Weekly Online Prayer Programme tagged, Early Morning Encounter (EME). EME is held every Wednesday
HIS WAY CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES
morning between 5am and 6am, UK time. This is interdenominational, and people join from all over, inside and outside the UK. On Sundays, we do an in-depth study of the Word of God through the weekly Online Bible Study (OBS). OBS holds every Sunday evening between 6pm and 7pm. This also is interdenominational. These weekly programmes have been so impactful, and members always look forward to being part of them.
The Church had an idea to create an opportunity for families to have quality, affordable and enjoyable holiday together in a Christian way. Normally, we do not overload the trip with sacred activities. Rather, we create opportunity for families to stay together, pray together, have fun, play games and enjoy quality relaxation moments.
We started the journey in 2023 on a day trip to Blackpool with sixteen people, including adults and children. In 2024, we went to Skegness for three days and the number that travelled grew to twenty-five, including adults and children. In August 2025, we took the interested members and some associates on a Summer Trip to Rhyl, the northern part of Wales. The number that travelled grew significantly to fifty-two. The feedbacks from this initiative have always been heartwarming! It is a time of the year that people now look forward to.
While the year 2025 as a whole has not been without its challenges, His Way Christian Ministries as a Charity Organisation will continue to demonstrate courage and resilience, having absolute trust in God; and embracing flexibilities with the limited resources at our disposal. We are persuaded that we can face the year ahead with its uncertainties and continue to make positive impacts in the lives of people by the help of God.

FINANCIAL REVIEW
(a) Reserves Policy
The trustees decided to use one of her accounts for day-to-day running of the activities of the Charity while the other account should be retained for special projects. The account that is designated for day-to-day running of the activities of the Charity is NatWest, while Lloyds bank is for special projects. The trustees feel that this decision has paid off and should therefore be upheld.
(b) Principal Funding
The principal source of funding for the Charity is through voluntary donation (known as offering and tithes) from members. Although, Gift Aids scheme is being considered, we are yet to explore this.
