**Objects:** THE BAND'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT,  TO FURTHER THE STUDY, PRACTICE AND APPRECIATION OF BRASS BAND MUSIC IN ALL ITS FORMS AND TO PROMOTE PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE OF BRASS BAND MUSIC THROUGH PERFORMANCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE BAND’S TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

**Activities:** The Band's activities are to educate members and prospective musicians of all ages in the skills, art and science of music; to provide a stable organisation for brass band and percussion music making and tuition in the area of Wiveliscombe; to provide members with instruments and equipment, which remain the property of the Band; to be open to all musicians and and learners.
