## **Trustees statement for the year ended 31[st] March, 2024** 

The first trustees are: 

- Tim Potts - Chairman

- Dan Mazhindu 

Following due process, the CIO was set up in preparation for the change in status. The CIO remained dormant until 1[st] April, 2024.  No financial transactions were undertaken during this period. 

Bank accounts were set up for the CIO in preparation from the transfer of funds from the charity (LMRT) to the CIO which took place at the start of the financial year (1[st] April 2024). 

Each stage of the process has been documented and agreed by the membership.
