**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS ON THE ISLAND OF SAL (CAPE VERDE) BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR INJURED, LOST, MALNOURISHED AND ABUSED CATS AND DOGS, BOTH DOMESTIC AND WILD, REHABILITATING SUCH ANIMALS AND RETURNING THEM TO THE WILD OR REHOMING THEM, WHERE POSSIBLE.

**Activities:** We are a group that supports the free roaming dogs and cats of Cape Verde . We feed and give vet treatment , neuter and vaccinate . We also aid the rehoming of these animals , either in Cape Verde or Europe .
