**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG LOCAL FAMILIES WITHIN CARDIFF AND THE VALE OF GLAMORGAN BY WAY OF PROVIDING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SCHOOL RELATED UNIFORMS, SHOES, COATS, BAGS AND ITEMS RELATING TO EXTRA CURRICULUM ACTIVITIES THAT PARENTS WOULD NORMALLY PROVIDE THEIR CHILDREN WHO ARE IN RECEPTION TO YEAR 11 WITH.

**Activities:** School uniform donation: Collection of school uniform items that benefit children from 2 - 18 years.  Re distribution of collected items to users in need. Items are offered free of charge to help alleviate the struggling cost of living.
