the public. Meetings are held weekly.

following the teachings of Bhagawan Sri
Sathya Sai Baba. which in essence seeks

The activities at the centres include Light
Meditation. devotional singing in varied
languages and talks on topics
encompassing the five universal Human
Values of Truth, Righteous Conduct,
Peace. Love and Non-violence as
expounded by the founder Sri Sathya Sai
Baba in His Divine Diswurses. Major
religious festivals are celebraled at
appropriate times.

A discussion groLAP is conducted twice a
month in the evenings via Zoom. Topics of
discussion relate to the Five Human Values
and Divine Discourses to raise individual
awareness and put them into practice in
daily lrfe. Thus, becoming a better human
being.

children aged 5 to 15 years old. In these
classes, value-based education is
imparted, which is ¢entred on the five
universal human values.
Young adults, aged 16 to 40 years old met
regularly, in person and online. These
meetings focused on various topics relating
to young adults and how lo encompass the
five universal human values in their daily
activities and interactions with others. A
number of wellbeing workshops were
arranged for young adults during the year.
Topics included mental wellbeing,
journaling.
During the period. food and other items of
necessity amounting to 1.168 kilos were
donated to the local foodbank and Mother
Theresa Home.
Other activities are organised to promote
the universal human values. Sorne of these
were:
EASE, a program on stsying well
was arranged for the members. The
program focused on exercising
daily, positive attitude, sleep deeply
and eat responsibly.
A tea party was organised for senior
citizens which was attended by
more than 75 senior members of the
community. At the paty hot food
was served and the seniors were
entertained. They participated in
dancing, bingo and singing.
The charity had a stall at the
summer Rotary Pinner Show to
promote the five human values and
foster unity.
Litter picking in local parks
Group walks in local parks to
prornote wellbeing
Members participated in contributed
to the Rotary Club Shoebox
collection for babies. children,
teenagers and households. The
shoebox contents were appropriate
for the groups with a Christmas
theme.

the work undertaken by SSSIO UK, which
has a committee consisting of wing
