**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PRESERVE, MAINTAIN, AND DEVELOP THE PRIMROSE TRAIL (&#x27;THE TRAIL&#x27;) AS A LONG-DISTANCE PUBLIC FOOTPATH AND MULTI-USE TRAIL, SO SECURING THE TRAIL AS A PUBLIC AMENITY AND A FACILITY FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE, INCLUDING WALKERS, CYCLISTS, EQUESTRIANS AND THOSE WITH DISABILITIES.

**Activities:** The project aims to create and maintain a multi-use trail between Kingsbridge and South Brent following the route, where possible, of the 20km disused Primrose Line railway. The trail will be established in stages as a public amenity for walkers, runners, cyclists, equestrians, and those with disabilities. We will involve the local community in its development.
