## **Crynodeb /** _**Summary**_ **:** 



Rydym yn bwyllgor sydd wedi sefydlu i gefnogi staff ac ymddiredolwyr Cylchoedd Meithrin Gogledd Powys. Ein nôd yw i gynnig cymorth, arweiniad ac hyfforddiant i’r staff a’n pwyllgorau. Rydym yn gwrando ar leisiau’r staff gan ddilyn arweiniad Cydlynydd Cefnogi yr ardal. 

Yn ystod y flwyddyn rydym wedi cynnal 3 cyfarfod wyneb yn wyneb i drafod nifer o bethau sydd yn ymwneud a Gofal Plant. Yn ystod un o’r cyfarfodydd cawsom hyfforddiant Tric a Chlic. Hyfforddiant yr oedd y staff wedi gofyn inni drefnu ar eu cyfer. 

Ers inni sefydlu’r Pwyllgor ym Mehefin 2021 mae Swyddfa’r dalaith wedi symud o Wrecsam i Ruthun; felly dyna’r rheswm am gyfeiriad gwahanol I’r hyn sydd yn y cyfansoddiad. 

_We are a committee that has been set up to support the staff and trustees of Cylchoedd Meithrin Gogledd Powys. Our aim is to offer support, guidance and training to our staff and committees. We listen to the voices of the staff following the guidance of the area's Support Coordinator._ 

_During the year we have held 3 face-to-face meetings to discuss several things relating to Childcare. During one of the meetings, we had Tric a Clic training. Training that the staff had asked us to arrange for them._ 

_Since we established the Committee in June 2021 the Provincial Office has moved from Wrexham to Ruthin; that is the reason for a different address to_ . _what is stated in the constitution_
