and medium lemi deposits where possible to maximise the retum on monigs held al the bank and to
manage cash flow.

Creditors and provisions ar8 recognised where the charity has a present obligation resulting from a past
event that will probably resLS11 in the transfer of funds to a third party and the amount due lo setue the
obligation can be measured or estimated reliabty.

In the application of the charity's aceounllng policie5, the trustees are required to make judgements,
estimates and assumptions about the carrwng amount of assets and liabilitiesthat are not readily apparent
