## **Achievements and Performance** 

SORP reference During the period of the report the church was able to offer a range of services and events that were accessed by the church 



|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|community and the wider local community.<br>These were found to be both spiritually and<br>practically beneficial across the age range<br>from young children to the elderly.  As well<br>as weekly services of worship and courses<br>to introduce the Christian faith, these also<br>included courses in parenting, seminars on<br>environmental care, men’s breakfasts to<br>encourage friendships among men and<br>craft events that women and children found<br>fun and engaging. In particular the Toddler<br>Group continues to provide a forum for<br>young parents and carers to support each<br>other, and the Foodbank continues to feed<br>many in the local community each week.<br>Following the COVID lockdown we<br>reopened the church building to provide<br>two Sunday morning services which have<br>been significantly growing in attendance<br>over the period of this report.  In addition<br>we have further developed our online<br>presence with church services being<br>broadcast on a dedicated YouTube<br>channel each week. This has been a great<br>benefit to those in our community who are<br>housebound, unwell or away travelling.|
