## **Minutes of the AGM held Tuesday 1[st] October 2024** 

**Present: -** John Tucker (JT) , Barbara Hibbert ( **BH** ),  Jim Crabbe ( **JC** )(chair), John Best (JB), Ian Shaw (IS)

## **- Chairs Report (JC):** 

JC thanked NS for aBending the AGM. 

A special thanks was given to Barbara (BH) for her hard work in geIng the CIO up and running. JC gave an update of the current situaKon regarding the CIO as there were sKll some issues that needed to be resolved such as compleKon of legaliKes with Church Commissioners (transfer of assets). 

## - Treasurers Report (JT): 

The CIO required seIng up a new bank account. This has now been done with the COOP Bank. The transfer of money from previous accounts, with Barclays, is waiKng for the Solicitor to transfer the halls assets. 

**There are no accounts available at this moment, due to the delay in the transfer of assets.** 

## **MaSers Arising:-** 

**Appointment of Auditor:-** Mr Andrew WhiQield was proposed and duly appointed. 

## **AOB:-** 

There were was no other business as we are sKll waiKng for the transfer of assets
