Several activities were undertaken by the CIO during this period for the public benefit in line with the objects of the charity. In 2025, the CIO received approximately £22,000 of funding from the Open University to develop our environmental project centring on myths of birds, _when I will be a bird_ . This was spent on revising the script and carrying out two weeks of devising and development in the rehearsal room, culminating in a work-in-progress sharing at Theatre Deli in London. This facilitated the continued development of _when I will be a bird_ and associated workshops, to engage audiences with mythic storytelling, climate change, and specifically to promote new work created by women and LGBTQ+ people. The charity maintained a social media following of over 250 followers on Instagram. Our presentation of _Here She Comes_ , a poetic retelling of Euripides’ _Bacchae_ by SJ Brady, has been played on YouTube and SoundCloud over 500 times.
