TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA AND THE WIDER CARIBBEAN AND PUPILS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE HISTORY, CULTURE, SOCIETY AND LIFESTYLE OF THESE NATIONS BY THE PROVISION OF A PUPIL LETTER EXCHANGE PROGRAMME.

**Activities:** WEF obtains donations of educational material and equipment and ships them to schools in the Caribbean.It also facilitates  a cultural exchange between schools in the UK and Schools in the Caribbean to further greater understanding and tolerance.
