I report to the chanty trustees on my examination of the accounts of the
Company for the year ended 31108 12023.
Responslbllltles and
basis of report
As the charrty's trustees of the Company (who are also the directors of the
company for the purposes of company law). you are responsible for the
preparation of the accounts in accordan￿ vMth the requirements of the
Companies Act 2006 (￿ 2006 Act.).
Having satisfied mysew that the accourrts of the Company are not required
to be audited for this year under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for
independent examination. I report in respect of my examination of your
charity's accounts as carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011
('the 2011 Acr). In carrying out my examination, I have followed the
Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145(5}{b) of the
2011 Act.

I have completed my examination. l Gonfim that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disdosed below ") which gives me
cause to believe that:
. accounting records were not kept in accordance wth section 386 of the
Companies Act 2006.. or
- the accounts do not accord with such records; or
the accounts do not comply with relevant accounting requirements under
section 396 of the Companies Act 2006 other than any requirement that the
accounts give a Irue and fair view which is not a matter considered as part
of an independent examination- or
.the accounts have not been prepared in accordance with the Charities
SORP (FRS102).

Summary ofthe main
achievements of the charity
during the year
We are Current￿ running at full capactty. The school implemenls all
government recommendations for Preschool Leaming and staff have
undertaken training in appropriate areas. We have 9 members of nursery
staff an(J 1 admin staff.
Children are encouraged to work independentty and each has their own
Key worker and Learning Joumey. They are encouraged to play outside
on a daity basis and WOTk was completed on the garden in September
2020. The children visit the Library on a weekly basis and are
encouraged to share their book at home. On a Friday afternoon there is
Forest Sch(x)l that all children are encouraged to participate in.
The older children are taken out as a group to work in a slightly more

organising fund raising of our own. We hold a very well received
Christmas Play and Summer Sports Day and Fair.

expenses to ensure thal the actwrties of Little Oaks Under Fives will not
be curtailed in the event of a temporary reduclion in income or any
excepltonal increase in costs (rent review occurred in 22123 wrth

funding from Surrey County Council for children who qualify ft)r FE (Free
