Independent Examiner's Re￿rt on the Ydecounts
To the trustees ofThe Friends of All Saints Sollthill (Charity number 1200699)
I report on the Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2025 which are ￿t out on page l.
Rcspe¢tive responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The charity's trustces are reswnsible for the prepardtion of the accounts and consider that
an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the
2011 Charities Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my r¢spoDsibility to
examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Aci"
to follow the Procedure laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity
Commissioners section 145{5Xb) of the Charities Act" and
to state whether particular matters have come to rny attention.
Basis of this r¢port.
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the
Charity Commission. An examination includes a ￿VIeW of the accounting records k¢pi
by the PCC and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also
includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosurcs in the accounts and seeking
explanations from ihe trUstec￿mCrnb¢rs concerning any such matters. The procedures
undcrtakcn do noi provide all the evidence that would be required in a full audit, and
consequently no opinion is given as to whcther the accounts present a 'true and fair, view
and the r¢port is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
Independent examiDer'J stalement
In connection with my examination, no matters have come to my attention,
which gives me r&wnable cause to believe that in, any material respect. the requirement
* to keep accounting records in ￿OrdanCe with section 130 of the 201 l Act.. or
• the accounts did not ￿mplY with the aclounting period: or
'the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the
fo￿ and content of the accounts set out in the 2011 Act ( Accounts and Reports )
Regulation 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view
which is not a matter considered &s part of an independent examination
I have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which
attcntion should be drawn in this rqK)rt in order to enable a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.
