Below is an outline of our achievements and finances. ## **Purpose and Achievements** The primary purpose of Atmosphere of Love is to advance the Christian Faith in accordance with the Statement of Beliefs in such ways as the trustees from time to time may think fit. The Organisation is a church organization that holds regular services which consist of regular teaching of making attendants aware and knowledgeable about the principles, beliefs of the Christian faith. Prayers are offered to interested parties. This involves teaching on the principles of the Christian faith based on the statement of beliefs, corporate singing, and prayers that are offered to interested participants. ## **Achievements and Performance** This is the make-up of the regular services that are held every week. The organization advertises on various social media platforms such as Instagram, Youtube and Facebook. This enables the general public to engage with its meetings. The Organisation also holds special services or seminars where the structure of the service is focused on teaching principles of the Christian faith and events that are involved in spreading the Gospel for the benefit of the public. They distribute fliers in the community and share with interested people to invite them to their services. Some events are also streamed online in order to reach out to a wider audience and the online community. The organization's purpose is beneficial because the services have an edifying and improving effect upon the members of the community who attend. The services allow the members of the public to be spiritually enlightened and emotionally refreshed. This can be seen through: Attendants receive the encouragement of harmony. 4 ATMOSPHERE OF LOVE - Attendants benefit from mutual instruction, encouragement, and correction. - Attendants gain opportunities for joy, mutual comfort, unity, - encouragement, and peace. - Attendants receive God-given opportunities to develop character, skills and patience - Attendants become aware of God-given opportunities to grow in kindness and forgiving others - Attends receive encouragements on helping the communities they find themselves in and make a positive impact in them - Attendants receive mutual encouragement and growth that comes from corporate worship before God - Attendants in financial difficulty also receive financial aid from the organisation - Beneficiaries are also encouraged through their testimonies. We also respond to our beneficiaries' needs by looking for ways to support them in terms of extra encouragement , financial and emotional support. ## **Structure and management** The organisation’s activities are managed by a leadership team composed of the trustees recognised by the charity. The organisation comprises various departments. The authority to conduct the operations from each department is delegated by the chair and the trustees. Each trustee is also a department leader alongside other individuals ; they are responsible for the implementation of the policies and strategies in line with the charity and to ensure that activities are in accordance with the aims and objectives of the charity as contained in the Charity Commission Guidance . Department leaders and the resident Pastor report to the Trustees on their assessment of risks and how they are managed when needed The success of the church’s activities is evaluated by regular meetings of the leadership of the church, with the resident Pastor, trustees and leadership team having discussions on how to constantly improve the church activities to benefit all beneficiaries. 5 ATMOSPHERE OF LOVE ## **Volunteers and departments** The organisation comprises 5 different departments with 15 volunteers across the various departments. The dedication, hard work, and expertise of our volunteers form the backbone of our organization. The departments are as follows: - Music department - Logistics department - Outreach and hospitality - Admin - Media department ## **Activities** Throughout the year Atmosphere of Love schedules different events as the leadership may see fit from time to time, depending on the need and suitability; the events aim at the spiritual and personal development of the community. Atmosphere of Love offers weekly, monthly and yearly events. These are as follows: ## **Sunday services** The Sunday service serves as a weekly gathering where members come together to worship, pray, and partake in communion. Attendees gain inspiration and guidance through teachings and motivational messages that prepare and empower them for the week ahead. ## **Teaching service** This weekly gathering provides a dedicated learning space for teaching and growth. During these sessions, Pastor Solomon Grant shares in-depth knowledge and valuable insights about the Gospel. Sessions often include a 'Questions and Answers' segment. This teaching service is structured similarly to a traditional academic course, offering a comprehensive and interactive learning experience ## **Volunteers Meeting** 6 ATMOSPHERE OF LOVE This meeting happens yearly ;the volunteers of the organisation come together in order to equip, train, and refine their skills based on the department they are volunteering in. It also allows volunteers to share their insight of the work they do so far and to be motivated by one another on the work they are doing in the organisation ## **Prayer meetings** This is a weekly gathering in order to come together for a time of prayer. Prayers are offered to individuals who may be facing difficulties and to the nation.This has been recognized to be a great way to support members by offering them a sense of comfort amidst challenges and the difficult circumstances they may find themselves in ## **Love Redefined** This was an event organised as a seminar focused on teaching and having discussions on the topic of the love of God ## **This Gospel** This is our yearly event in order to gather and celebrate the Easter season. ## **The Worship experience** This is our yearly event entitled The Worship experience. This event aims to shape the lives of young people by encouraging, equipping and motivating them in their Christian journey and in every aspect of their lives in order to have a prosperous future. The worship experience takes place once a year and the name may be subject to change as the leadership may see fit depending on the theme. ## **Night of Spiritual Emphasis** These are congregational gatherings that bring the youth together for a time of worship and prayer. It takes place once a month or may vary.
