Educatson4Change exists lo promote racial harmony, anli-racism, and equality-particulady among young people and

deeFening impact across pather schools and communities.
Promoting anti-racism and eliminating discrimination
During th8 year, Educalion4Change advanced this objective through the rollout of ils Slr8ngth4Ch8nge

Over the past year, the ¢h8rity has delivered ils core training and continuing professional development ICPDI

across the workfor￿, this model helps embed change more sustainably within schools and extends the charity's
reach beyond indNidual sessions.
Cultivating support for ra¢ial harmony and equality

Plans for Future
Looking ahead, Educalion4Change is focused on deepening ils impact within existing partnerships while continuing lo grow
its reach across new regions. A key priority over the coming year is slrenglhening our work with the Lambeth Schools
Partnership, building on early engagernenl lo forrnalise the relationship and deliver the phased pri￿ramme oulined in our
proposal. This will support a growng number of schools across the borough lo embed E4C's approaches more
syslemalically within their practice. with the longer-lerm aim of whole-borough engagement. We are also continuing lo
slren9lhen strategic partnerships with local authorities and acaderny ttU5ts, including in Bradford. These relationships will
be central10 scaling delivery, co-developing training and resources, and ensuring our work ￿M8]n$ c105ely aligned with the
needs and priorities of diverse school communities.
In Newham. we will continue lo develop and roll out our'conversakn'on Cafe5 model, expanding opportunib'es for parents,
carers, and wider community members to engage in slruclured, facilitated csialogue with schools. Alongside this, we plan lo
extend the model lo other areas where there is interest. supporting relats'onship-building beiween schools and the
communits'es they serve in different local contexts.
We are also developing new training content focused on misogyny and rts intersection with racism and other fomis of
discrimination. This reflects a growing and well-evidenced concern within education settings about gender-ba5ed attitudes
and behaviours among young people, highlighted both in re5eaTch and in wider public discourse, including recent media
portrayals such as the Nefflix series Adolescence. This new strand ol work will support schools lo respo￿ in a way Ihat1S
informed, preventative, and ro)led in creating sale and indusive environments for all pupil5.
