## **Objectives and Activities** 

Al-Karimia’s objectives remain focused on advancing education, relieving poverty, and promoting social inclusion for the benefit of the community, regardless of faith, race, or background. 

This year, our activities included: 

1. **Educational Workshops:** Continued provision of workshops, with a pilot program for digital literacy launched in partnership with local schools. 

2. **Community Events:** Hosted monthly interfaith dialogues and cultural exchange programs to strengthen community cohesion. 

3. **Food Distribution:** Initiated a small-scale food bank to address immediate needs, serving over 200 families. 

These efforts align with our mission to create sustainable impact, though limited resources have restricted broader implementation. 



## **Structure, Governance, and Management** 

Al-Karimia is governed by a dedicated board of trustees who oversee strategy, compliance, and operations. Trustees are appointed per the charity’s governing document and serve voluntarily.

## **Plans** 

In 2024–2025, Al-Karimia aims to: 

1. **Expand Programs:** Secure funding to scale the digital literacy program and establish a youth mentorship initiative. 

2. **Enhance Food Aid:** Partner with local supermarkets to increase food distribution capacity. 

3. **Strengthen Governance:** Conduct trustee training on compliance and best practices. 

These plans are contingent on fundraising success, but the board is committed to advancing our mission.
