Objectives and Activities
The objectives of Al-Karimia, as outlined in our governing document, are to advance education, relieve poverty, and promote social inclusion for the benefit of the community, regardless of faith, race, or background.
Our activities during the year have focused on:

These activities align with our aim of making a meaningful, sustainable difference to the lives of those in need within our local and wider communities.
Structure, Governance, and Management
Al-Karimia is governed by a board of trustees who meet regularly to oversee the charity's strategy, compliance, and operations. Trustees are appointed in accordance with the charity's governing document, and they bring a range of skills and experience to support the charity's mission.
Recently we added a new Chair of trustees named Mohammed Azim, who will now start to drive activities and fundraising efforts.
Trustees’ Expenses and Benefits
The trustees of Al-Karimia did not receive any remuneration, benefits, or expenses during the year. It is the charity's policy that, should trustees incur expenses in the course of fulfilling their duties, no reimbursement will be provided. This ensures that all resources are directed towards the charity's objectives.
Plans for the Future
In the coming year, Al-Karimia aims to:

Expand its educational programs to reach more individuals, particularly in underserved areas.

Increase its food distribution capacity to meet growing demand.

Strengthen partnerships with other charities and organizations to maximize impact.
These plans are subject to securing the necessary funding and resources, but the trustees are committed to pursuing them in the best interests of our beneficiaries.

Al-Karimia Charity has not engaged in any trading activities during the financial year and, as a result, is filing nil accounts for this period. The charity has remained committed to its mission and objectives, with plans actively underway to commence trading in the near future.
