Structure, Governance and Management
The charity is a company limited by guarantee and governed by its memorandum and articles of association. The trustees are also the directors of the company for the purposes of company law. The board of trustees meets regularly to review the activities and performance of the charity.
Objectives and Activities
The charity’s main objectives are the relief of those in need and the advancement of religion and education for the public benefit, both within the United Kingdom and overseas. During the year, the charity carried out activities in line with its objectives, including collecting and distributing charitable donations, supporting community and faith-based projects, contributing towards religious education, and providing financial assistance to individuals and partner charitable organisations in need.
Achievements and Performance
During the period, the charity raised a total of £1,381.85 through donations and loans. The total expenditure amounted to £1,050.00, resulting in a net income of £331.85. The charity was able to support charitable and community causes, including contributions towards the provision of religious educational materials and grants to partner charitable projects.
Financial Review
The charity ended the period with a closing bank balance of £331.85. No significant liabilities were outstanding at year end. Income sources primarily included donations (£481.85) and loans (£900.00).
Reserves Policy
The trustees aim to maintain reserves at a level sufficient to ensure the continuity of operations and to meet unforeseen liabilities. As of 31 July 2025, the reserves stood at £331.85.
Plans for Future Periods
