Fellowship International ministries was registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales during the reporting period. The charity is governed by its Trust Deed/Constitution and is overseen by the Board of Trustees, who are responsible for ensuring that the charity acts in accordance with its charitable objectives and regulatory obligations.
The charity was established to pursue its charitable purposes as set out in its governing document. During the financial year under review, the charity did not commence operational activities. As such, no charitable programmes, fundraising, or grant-making activities were undertaken.
The Trustees intend to commence the charity’s activities in a future financial period, subject to appropriate planning.
