Berkswell", in November 2024 secured a grant from HS2 for £50.400 to replace the herilaJe window and d￿rs. It is anticipated that this wtll improve the internal enwronment as well as the extemaj aesthetics ot the building. reby ensuring it remains a place of benefit for the local c4)mmunity. The Reajing Rcom continues to te run as a buikling for the I￿al communty by a Management Committee responsible for ils day to day operation and ¥￿th two Trustees srtting on the Committee. An updated Surveyorfs report was commissioned in June 2024 and the TDJstees contributed to the extemal works required lo buikging and grounds in November 2024. The Trustees continue to have regd lo the uwlated Surveyorfs report in respect of the Reaying RLJJM to continue the ongoing maintenance and repair prcgramme. 2.
