PROVIDING ACTIVITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES TO MEET LIKE-MINDED PEOPLE IN A COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT, AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO GO ON OUTINGS AND EVENTS.B. ADVANCING EDUCATION BY PROVIDING WORKSHOPS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES.C. PROVIDING THE OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN SELF-CONFIDENCE, INDEPENDENCE AND SOCIAL SKILLS, AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS.D. PROVIDING ACCESS TO SUBSIDISED HEALTH AND WELLBEING RELATED WORKSHOPS AND ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** We provide mid-month health and well-being activities, for example, walks to local venues like art galleries, museums, parks, and gardens, nature reserves, etc. At the end of the month, we provide a craft workshop & IT advice and guidance. During the week there are lunchtime meetings and arranged 1:1 sessions. We provide 2 online zoom workshops in the evenings and a WhatsApp closed group.
