Activities
We provide various activities such as arts and crafts, pottery, salt dough, knitting group, crochet, lino printing as well as card making and mug printing. We also enjoy a small cafe type area where we serve hot drinks and members can play card and board games and enjoy chatting to their peers. One to one sessions can also be held in a designated quiet room.
Objects: The Relief Of Persons In Tavistock And Its Environs Who Are Experiencing Or Have Experienced Mental Health Problems, Through The Provision Of Information, Advice, One-To-One And Group Support And The Operation Of A Community Cafe In An Effort To Build Their Self Esteem, Independence And Sense Of Well Being.
