ANNE & ALL SAINTS CHURCH, ACACIA AVENUE, COVENTRY, CV1 2AN ## **TRUSTEES** **Rev Cornel Grecu** – Chair from 20.09.2023 111 Tarquin Close, CV3 3AN, Coventry **George Negrea** -Trustee from 03.10.2022 1 Oakwood Avenue, CV3 3DL, Coventry **Claudiu Vasile Iordache** - Trustee from 03.10.2022 53 Dean Street, CV2 4FD, Coventry **Vasile Sima** – Trustee from 03.10.2022 - 7 Sunbeam Way, B33 0YN, Birmingham The charity is managed by regular meetings and the trustees are recruited from its parish councillors. ## **OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES** To advance the orthodox Christian Faith by providing and maintaining a Romanian Orthodox church parish in Coventry and Warwickshire for the public benefit and provision of a place of worship: The church provides benefit to the public through: - Religious services: Divine Liturgy, baptisms, religious marriages, funeral services - Catechism for adults and children - Bible studies - Support for Romanian charity: Filantropia Husi for vulnerable families from that region of Romania - Church choir - Hospitals visits ## **ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE** - having every week religious services - Christmas carols concert - Christmas support for vulnerable families from Vaslui County, in Romania - Christmas and Easter religious services ## **FINANCIAL REVIEW** The charity has received a total income of £95.574 and it had expenses totalling £69.024. The charity had no income from government grants or funding, and it had no income from government contracts. This report was approved by the Trustees meeting on 29 January 2025 and is signed on its behalf by Rev Cornel Grecu
