The principle activity will be to make donations to Imibala. The charity provides scholarships and training and also provides housing units and personal necessities to those of financial hardship.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are, For The Public Benefit:3.1.1 The Advancement Of Education In Particular (But Not Exclusively) By:(a) Providing Scholarships To Persons In The Republic Of South Africa Who, Based On Objective Criteria, Are In Financial Need Of Such Assistance Towards Their Primary, Secondary And/ Or Tertiary Education; And(b) Providing Training, Including But Not Limited To, Life-Skills And Computer Training To Children Of School-Going Age For Their Educational Enrichment, Academic Support And/or Supplementary Tuition.3.1.2 The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty Through:(a) The Provision Of Housing Units For The Benefit Of Persons In Need By Reason Of Financial Hardship; And(b) The Provision And/or Distribution Of Food Parcels, Clothing, Blankets And Other Personal Necessities To Persons In The Republic Of South Africa Who Are In Need By Reason Of Financial Hardship.3.2 The CIO May Further The Objects Set Out In Clause 3.1 Alone Or In Conjunction With The South African Charity.
