a serious hea￿h condition,. who meets
vulnerabilty criteria e.g. recently homeless.,
or is daiming social security benefits.
Clients may be referred by organisatior
in¢luding the local authority, Cttizens
Advice Bureau.
By providing energy saving advi￿ and
helping to install insulation and
draughtproofing in ctients homes the Charity
will help to reduce clients, energy costs and
make their homes more comfortable.
