The Trustees have adopted the provisions of the Statement of Recommended Practice
ISORP)
Accounting and Reporb'ng by Charities issued in 2005 in preparing the annual report and
financial statements of the Charity.

Trustees responsibilibes in relation to the financial statements.. The committee or Twstees
are required by charity's law to prepare financial statements for each financial year which
give a true and fair view of the financial activities of the charity and of its financial the end of
that year.
In preparing those financial statements the TruSt￿S are required to:
The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees Annual Report and the Financial
statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations and Unrted Kingdom
Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Ganèralty Aeeepted Accounting Praotice). The law
applicable lo charities in England and Wales requires the Trustees to propare Financial
Statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of
the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources of the charity for that
period. In preparing these Financial Statements, the Trustees are required to:
- Select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consislentty.,
- Observe the methods and principles in the Charities SORP-
Make judgements and accounting estimates that are reasonable and prudent.,
Prepare the Financial Stslements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to
presume that the charity will continue in ope(ats'on
The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disclose with
reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the chadty and enable them to
ensure that the Financial Statements comply with the Charities Act 2011.
The Charity (Accounts and Reports} Regulations 2008 and the provi$ion$ of the trust deed.
They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for tsking
reasonable steps for the prevents'on and detection of fraud and other irregularities
This report, which has been prepared in acGordan¢e with the Statement of Recommended
Practice
(SORP) Accounting and Reporting by Charities issued in 2005.

In order to assist you to fulfil your responsibilities in accordance with trust constitution, we have
prepared the accounts for the period ended 20 Juty 2024 which comprise of the profit and Loss
Account and the Balance Sheet from the Trust accounting records and information and
explanations you have given to us.
This report is made to the board of trustees in accordance with Ihe terms of engagement.our work
has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of trust and state those
matters that we have agreed lo stale board of trustees as a body. To the fullest extent pemiitted by
law.do not accept or assume responsibility to any one for this report.

Basis of preparatton
The Financial Statements have been prepared under the hislorieal cost convention. as modified by
the revaluation of certain f￿ed as5els and inveslments measured at market value.
The Financlal Stslements have been prepared in aGcordan¢e with the Financial Reporting
standard for Smaller Entib'es {effeth"ve January 2015), and the requirements of Accounts'ng and
Reporbng by Charities..
Statement of Recommended Prath'ce appli¢able to charibes preparsng their accounts in
accordance with the Financial Reporttng Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 20151
ISORP 2015}.
Voluntary income and donations are induded in incoming resources when they are receivable,
except when the donors S[￿lfy that they musl be used in future accounting periods or
donors, conditions have not been fulfilled, then the income is defe￿ed. The income from
fundraising ventures is shown gross, With the associated costs included in fundraising costs.
