Trustee Recruitment and Appointment: Trustees remain the same since the creation of the Clwb aro l Ysgol in 2022. 

## **3. Objectives and Activities** 

Charitable Objectives: Non-profit service of providing childcare after school hours. Activities Undertaken: After school club for children of primary school age, after school hours. 

Public Benefit Statement: The trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty to have due regard to the Charity Commission’s public benefit guidance. 

## **4. Achievements and Performance** 

Summary of Achievements: No profit was generated, but costs including wages were paid for from receiving fees for childcare services. 

Impact and Outcomes: Clwb ar ol Ysgol Pentrefoelas is thriving, and will hopefully continue for the foreseeable future. 



## **5. Financial Review** 

Income Summary: Income is similar to the comparative periods. The number of children using the service is also similar, often to maximum capacity due to the staffing ratio. 

Expenditure Summary: Expenses were mainly wages. The food bills have increased, but it is in line with the 

Current Reserves Level: Bank account balance is kept to around £500-£1000. 

## **6. Plans for Future Periods** 

Future Activities and Priorities: 

No changes to activities foreseen. Location and staffing are working for Clwb Ar Ol Ysgol Pentrefoelas. Fees are reviewed quarterly to check that rising costs are covered. 

## **7. Statement of Trustees’ Responsibilities** 

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Annual Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
