**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE RELIGION OF CHRISTIANITY IN THE CHURCH OF ST JOHN, BAPTIST, HAGLEY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC MAINLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY:3.1. THE PRESERVATION, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND ENRICHMENT OF THE FABRIC, FURNITURE AND FITTINGS OF THE CHURCH;3.2. THE PRESERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CHURCHYARD;3.3. THE PRESERVATION AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE BEAUTY AND FITNESS OF THE SITE AND SETTING OF THE CHURCH; AND 3.4. THE MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF MUSIC AND OTHER ASPECTS (CULTURAL, DRAMATIC OR OTHERWISE) OF THE WORSHIP AND LIFE OF THE CHURCH.

**Activities:** The Charity considers requests from the Parochial Church Council of Hagley Parish in funding any repairs deemed necessary to ensure worshippers are able to use the Church. It also assists in funding maintenance of the churchyard. Through meetings the Trustees may agree to these requests. The Charity may also raise funds through various activities to assist in the above.
