**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR, THE INHABITANTS OF STAFFORDSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS:(1) TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL AND OTHER SPORTS CAPABLE OF IMPROVING HEALTH (FACILITIES MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND ORGANISING FOOTBALL/SPORTING ACTIVITIES).(2) TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR SPORT, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BECAUSE OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** We aim to promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing facilities for playing football and other sports to improve  health and  to provide facilities for sport, recreation and other leisure time occupation for people who have need of it because of their circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving lives.
