|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.||FRN began the year as many others.<br>Since June 2022, FRN, despite the global<br>economic situation, has continued to broadcast<br>and support the social well-being of those in need.<br>FRN has played a significant role since the start of<br>this global economic crisis by offering counselling<br>assistance, encouragement, and guidance on<br>where people can seek further help.<br>Focusing mainly on social media—Zoom,<br>FaceTime, MS Teams, and the internet—to<br>deliver most of our services, creating significant<br>impacts, as 26 mid-youth benefit from the training<br>provided.<br>The services provided benefit our immediate<br>community, as most of the “not in education,<br>employment or training” (NEET) children come in<br>to learn broadcasting.|
