FINANCIAL REVIEW
Finaneial position
The Lharity remains in a strong and stsble financial position. We benefit from a sustainable and
recurring income stream through our partnerqhip with BOXRAW, which dollales a proportion of it5
merchandise sales to support our charitsble activities. As BOXRAW'S salcs continue to ￿0w, this
income has proi'ided the charity with a rcliable baseline that comfortably meets our miniinum
opcrational requirements. This stability enablcs the trustees to plan with Confidence, maintain prudcnt
reserv¢s, and focus on strategtc devclopmcnt r&ther than short-lerni fmancial pressures. As a rcsult. the
charity is w¢ll positioned to pursue larger partn¢rships, explore new funding opportunities. and scale its

cxpcnditure would be appropriate for the charity over the medium tcnll. At the reporting date, unrestricted
reserves stood at approximately £8,(M)O. whieh is below this target level. This position reflects the tTUStees'
decision to prioritise expenditure on ¢haritabl¢ activities (luring the year, while relying on predictable
partner income to meet ongoing ¢osts.
The tnjstees monitor cash flow closely and are satisfied that the charity remains able io meet its obligations
