**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH TYPE 1 DIABETES AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE EAST OF ENGLAND, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:A) DELIVERING A VARIED PROGRAMME OF SUPPORT AND EDUCATIONAL EVENTS FOR THEIR WELLBEING AND TO BECOME MORE INDEPENDENT IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THEIR DIABETES;B) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;C) PROVIDING EDUCATION TO DIABETES HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL TO IMPROVE THE SUPPORT THEY PROVIDE FOR THOSE WITH TYPE 1 DIABETES.D) PROVIDING SUPPORT TO PARENTS AND CARERS;E) PROVIDING A FORUM TO SHARE ADVICE, INFORMATION AND ANY MATTERS OF CONCERN.

**Activities:** The charity exists to support children and young adults with diabetes in the East England through the provision of education and support services such as adventure camps, activity days and support groups for the young people and their families.
