The Trustees present their annual re￿t t￿ether with the financial siatement5 of RO￿nsOn Hall Lolworth Ithe
Charity}. for the period ended 31 Maich 2025. The Trustees confimi that the annual report and financial
51atemenls of the Charity cornpty with the current stalutory requirements. the requirements of the Charity's
goveming document and the reQuire￿ents of the Charity Commission for England and Wales for charilab
incorporated organisalions ICIOs1 and smaller non-company chanties.
Obiectives and Actlvities
The Charity's obJ"ectwes ate the w0vis￿ and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of
Lo￿VOrth without distinction of political, relKJ10us or other opinions mcluding use for meetings, lectures and
classes, and for other forms of recreation and ￿LSUre41rrE occupatson. with the object being lo the conditions of
lrfe of those inhabitants. Prior to the Incor￿￿t￿n of the Chanty, the village hall was held in trust for the old
unincofporaled charity by the Official Custodian for Chanb"es. The Charity has successfully applied lo HM Land
Registry for the first registration of tsue to the vil*e hall in the name of the Charity, which has been completed.
The Trustees trave complied wrth their duty to have regard to the Chanty guidawe on wblic benefft.
Achievements and perfomMn¢¢
This year was challenging for the Board. are endeavouring to encouwe newcomers in ￿r village
communty lo join us for events, bul il is a difficull task. 11 seems that even in a small vil*e ourway of life is
changing In the 21 ¥t century wth peO￿e leading such busy lives.
We held a popular cury evenrng wrth an Informal quyz earty in the year. Our Late SumrrEr BBQ with live musi
was a great success and very well attended. We held cwr traditional quiz night in October which was well
organised bul we had fewer attendees than in previous years. A S￿¢taCular firework display was put on in
Movember follow&J by soup and hotdogs in the hall.
Robinson Hall provides a venue for Lolworth Village Club which is o￿n each Friday thr￿ghOut the year 11 is
very successfully run by volLFnteers and well attended by the kThl community. We support each other as
independent organisalions - putting ￿ joint events and sharing our village facility.
Vve offer the Hall for hire for privale fvnctions whrh is an itrp)rtant Sour￿ of achjitional incorre. Tre Hall
provides an excellent space for anyone lo hold their own event and they can also hire marquees, tab￿. chairs
and event tents.
During this year the Board has worked together on the maintenance and UF*eep of Robinson Hall and we
have held regular events lo utr"I￿e the buik1ing as a comn¥Jnty space. No major works have been undertaken.

The Charty is a chantable incorporated organisalion IFoundatv)n Structure) and was incorporated under ils
constitution on 13 September 2022 with registered charity numt*r 1200352. The rnembers of thè Charity are
the trustees named above. In the event of the Charity being wound up the rrember5 have no liabilty to contribute
lo its assets and no personal responwbilty for settling its debts and liats'lib'es.
