SOUTH OF A LINE DRAWN FROM HOLME ON SPALDING MOOR TO BISHOP BURTON. THIS WILL NOT EXCLUDE CIO EVENTS TAKING PLACE OUTSIDE THAT AREA. THERE IS NO GEOGRAPHICAL LIMIT UPON MEMBERSHIP OF THE CIO.
