**Activities:** The Charity aims to assist members of the local community (people of all ages and backgrounds) in Bradford to get fit and stay healthy through boxing, fitness, exercise, and healthy eating. We also aim to engage people from marginalised communities and the hardest to reach to provide a platform for focus, stability,  well-being, and progress and the means/resources to maintain these aspirations.
