**Objects:** (1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN PARENTING AND RAISING CHILDREN, INCLUDING PREGNANT PEOPLE AND FAMILIES IN EARLY PARENTHOOD, IN ESSEX BY ANY MEANS, INCLUDING:* THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT GROUPS, THROUGH, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WORKSHOPS AND WEEKLY SUPPORT GROUPS. * THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND GUIDANCE IN, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BREASTFEEDING, INFANT FEEDING, SLEEP ADVICE AND POST-NATAL EMOTIONAL SUPPORT. AND FOR THESE PURPOSES, "PARENT" INCLUDES ALL THOSE WHO ENGAGE IN PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, WHETHER OR NOT AS THEIR NATURAL OR BIOLOGICAL PARENT.(2) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF PREGNANT PEOPLE AND FAMILIES IN ESSEX THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE.

**Activities:** Cake Club offers support and solidarity to parents in Essex (across Southend and Rochford), as a grassroots, parent-led organisation with a focus on peer support alongside more skilled support in specific areas such as infant feeding and perinatal mental health. Weekly groups run Monday-Friday, as well as monthly weekend groups. Online support is also available.
