Bishops Frome Village Centre was registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) 9[th] September 2022. For the period to 31[st] March 2023 the charity held no assets and did not have any income or expenditure for the period. The CIO was created to replace Bishops Frome Village Hall, charity number 50709. Due to a delay in the transfer of the assets to the CIO it has no activities or costs and will become active once the transfer of assets has been made and Bishops Frome Village Hall is closed as a registered charity.
