**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF HOBBS NATURE RESERVE BY PROMOTING BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY.TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND GEOLOGICAL AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH, THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE GEOLOGICAL STRUCTURES.

**Activities:** We maintain the reserve as an SSSI following government guidance. Work to explain the geologically significant rock exposures and emphasise their significance to the community and schools. Ensure access for the benefit of geological research and field investigations. Promote the reserve as a public amenity and encourage conservation work, particularly engaging young people to collaborate.
