On behalf of the trustees of ASB Global, I am proud to present our Annual Report for the year 2023. This year has proven to be both challenging and rewarding, as we have continued our mission to assist individuals in securing employment, providing vital advice, consulting, and helping outsource job opportunities for those in need. Our work remains crucial as we strive to uplift communities and empower individuals facing barriers to employment.
Our mission is to empower individuals by providing comprehensive support to help them gain meaningful employment. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed, and we strive to break down barriers that hinder employment opportunities through tailored services.

Over the past year, we successfully consulted over 200 individuals which has led them to get into sustainable employment across various sectors, including retail, healthcare, technology, and construction.

We expanded our partnerships with local businesses, resulting in new job openings for our clients and increased visibility for our services in the community.
Development Advice

Through our career counseling sessions we were providing personalised guidance on resumes, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

Our workshops on digital skills, communication, and workplace etiquette have seen attendance grow by 35%, reflecting our community's increasing engagement and interest in professional development.
Consultation Services
-ASB Globas has engaged with dozens of organizations to help them streamline their hiring processes and create inclusive job descriptions
